The hotel had a wonderful terrace, and outdoor spaces that offered fine balloon views (a true highlight!). Breakfast featured an excellent spread and was beautifully presented each morning. The staff were very cute and always asked if i needed anything.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They arranged both my airport shuttle and various activities for me. The hotel's location is convenient with easy walking distance to the main street, shops, and restaurants. I could observe hot air balloons from my room and the terrace.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, particularly with the same selections each day.

The location offered really good views right from my room. i appreciated the daily breakfast service. There was great variety. staff members assisted me with arranging local tours, a very helpful service.

my room had a noticeable drain odor throughout the stay , which affected the overall experience.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was a circular shape, and my feet hung off the edge. the mattress felt old, and i could feel the springs. the shower had no screen, so the bathroom was soaked after each use. We needed to use low water pressure for it.
