the staff was very helpful and friendly . i could easily contact the hotel via whatsapp before arrival if needed. i booked tours and transfers without problems. i saw hot air balloons from the terrace and open spaces.

the hotel lacked air conditioning, which could be a problem during warmer temperatures. this affected the comfort in the room.
