i enjoyed the wildlife. deer and birds roamed the grounds. the breakfast had variety and fruit. i found the hotel clean. i felt safe. i loved the natural beauty. the wildlife added charm. servers was so great to please guests. the rooms were immaculate. the location was very good. the staff was excellent. the breakfast buffet had variety. everything felt perfect. i especially liked isabella.

poor acslow check-in
the air conditioning barely worked. i had to change rooms three times to find one where it was somewhat cooler. even then, it wasn't great and i ended up getting sick. also the check-in process was slow and disorganized. it was disappointing since i was expecting better.

The Olympic pool was excellent. Beautifully maintained spacious gardens exist throughout the hotel (i strolled through them every morning).
The gym only had limited equipment.
