I appreciated the cozy beds. I slept so well. i opened the balcony doors. I enjoyed the crisp air and the sound of the rain. the front desk employees were kind and helpful! i even got a free daily ticket for the shuttle bus for three days. i also enjoyed the nice coffee bar in the lobby every day.

The hotel decor seemed old fashioned. The hallways had very cold air conditioning while the rooms had none, it felt bizarre!

The staff provided helpful assistance with directions and recommendations. They addressed requests promptly. shuttle service to nearby attractions was convenient. It ran every 30 minutes.

The whirlpool accommodated many guests comfortably. the hotel included a well-equipped fitness center with several machines. the lobby offered a cozy fireplace area for relaxation and provided newspapers daily. It was a really nice touch.

i was disappointed my room lacked air conditioning, something i really need for comfortable sleep. the room got stuffy, and opening the window meant dealing with street noise. it made for a restless night.

the location of the hotel worked well. i found the underground parking very useful and free. the bus stop was close, i got a complementary bus pass. the bus took me to downtown.

I found some issues . the lack of air conditioning was a problem, even in the shoulder season. I can't imagine how hot it gets in summer. i also noticed the room decor looks quite dated. The furnishings seemed worn and could use updating. the bathroom was small for what i paid, with limited counter space.
