precooked tortilla missing hand soap
the breakfast was underwhelming i found pre-cooked tortilla and basic sliced bread disappointing the lack of hand soap in the room was also a miss i had to ask for pool towels which should have been provided without needing a request. the early checkout reminder felt rushed even though it was still within the allotted time. these issues detract from the overall experience for what i paid
