Hotel grounds kept very well. i saw grass being cut often. a supermarket existed onsite. It stocked everything needed at a reasonable price. i only tried the italian restaurant. The food was very good and priced fairly.
the staff was not attending to visitors often. i asked for my room cleaned multiple times. it was cleaned only once during an eight-day stay.

the resort is positioned well. it has green territory and clean air near the sea shore. accessing main attractions in the area easy because the bus station is located 150m away.

the hotel contains seven swimming pools. i liked the pool bar a lot. a supermarket and an all-day restaurant are onsite. the presence of a fitness center allows for maintaining workout routine.

the room was clean upon arrival, a point i must acknowledge.
The shower cabin was not sanitary. This is unacceptable. some of the furniture was also broken, which i found disappointing. i also noted that several glasses had stains, and these stains did not wash off.

Wonderful stay with many pools

i appreciated the beautiful gardens (they made walks very pleasant). the swimming pools were numerous and well-kept. my kids had a lot of fun with the clean and warm water. we also found parking to be good.
The breakfast service needs improvement. Items were not replenished quickly. the lack of milk for cereal was a noticeable issue. staff seemed overwhelmed by the demand.

The rooms were so clean, a good sign they care. The reception staff are polite. Food at Lotus restaurant tasted lovely. It offered fresh ingredients. I look forward to another visit.
The breakfast could use a little more variety each day. It got a bit repetitive after a few mornings.
