superb locationeasy walkhelpful staffcold atmosphere

i appreciated the superb location near the cathedral! it was an easy walk from the taxi drop off point. the staff offered great assistance with directions and recommendations. rooms have comfortable accommodations and an abundance of shopping options exist nearby.

the breakfast area downstairs felt a bit less inviting. it was somewhat cold. this affected the overall experience of enjoying breakfast at the hotel! though manageable, it's an aspect i hope is addressed.

i found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. the bed in my room was very comfortable, and the room was perfectly super clean. it had air conditioning and retained some lovely original features.

My window faced the interior of the building. it provided no fresh air or natural light, so i relied on artificial lighting. there was no balcony.
