The air conditioning worked very well (a welcome feature!). The grounds are well-kept. I found the terrace surprisingly spacious. Bus stops are conveniently located directly outside.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. I found the large balcony had comfy outdoor seating. Friendly cleaners came regularly.. this helped maintain the apartment. Bus service near the main door offered easy transportation.
