little protection enjoyable experience
The rooftop bar was somewhat of a letdown. There was little protection from the wind. I found it difficult to relax. The potential for a enjoyable experience exists. I feel improvements are definitely possible, possible improvements.

the Breakfast selection was particularly GREAT with a huge variety of options. The beds FELT soft and comfy, and the room was impressively big. All staff without exception were friendly and helpful.
i noticed the rooms are quite noisy. I HAD to be moved once because of it. Then, the next room wasnt much better. The shampoo for hair and body wash in showers are the same products.

the hotel has a good location near central plaza. the studio king room was spacious with a large bathroom and flat screen tv. all the staff were friendly and helpful. i plan to book again next year.
i found that the shampoo for hair and body wash were the same product. there was also no mini bar in the room despite a deposit being charged. the elevators were often overcrowded, leading to long waits.

the room was spacious, with a beautiful king. the tv worked very well. i found central mall conveniently next door for shopping and food.
i noticed slight overcrowding in the elevators during mornings, requiring a longer wait.

The studio king room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bathroom had ample space. It included a large flat screen tv. All the staff were friendly and ready to help.
The lifts were crowded in the morning, so sometimes I had to wait to move between floors.

our room was quite spacious. it was decorated nicely. we got a corner room on the 12th floor.. a bonus was the guest fridge. the shower was also really good.
the bathroom towels were quite stiff.
