the location was central making it easy to reach shops and restaurants..

The room size was not as expected. It felt cramped with little space to move around. the absence of daily cleaning services was also a letdown, especially since it was more like an apartment stay with no one to empty the trash or provide fresh towels. i had to request a towel change after some insistence, inconvenient.

The location was fine. It was pretty near Galeria Krakowska.

My room seemed far smaller than I thought it would be. I barely moved around in the space. The building doesn't feel like a real hotel because the reception is sometimes vacant. It was hard to contact anyone if you needed something.
