superb location, clean room

perfect location spacious room clean room

the loft had a perfect location near the mall. it was easy to walk to sightseeing spots. the room was spacious and clean. the finish and design was brand new.

the room seemed smaller than expected and we could barely move around.

The beautiful room included tea and coffee in the kitchen. bottled water was also available. everything needed was in the shower for a good stay. All was newly renovated.

check in process was flawless. there is a lift that is a big plus. entry was easy with well explained instructions. it's surprising how efficient it can be even without any staff on site.

stuck radiator street noise

the location was great. it was easy to get to everything. a large shopping mall was across the street.

the room was too hot. the radiator seemed stuck on full heat, i could not adjust it. i had to keep the windows open, so i could hear all the street noise.

the shower was spacious and included provided shower gel shampoo etc

the room seemed smaller than expected i could barely move around the reception area was often vacant. there was no way to call or text anyone for assistance. the hotel does not feel like a traditional hotel

adequate stay with a few issues

small room daily cleaning

the location was central making it easy to reach shops and restaurants..

The room size was not as expected. It felt cramped with little space to move around. the absence of daily cleaning services was also a letdown, especially since it was more like an apartment stay with no one to empty the trash or provide fresh towels. i had to request a towel change after some insistence, inconvenient.
