i just experienced very nice service! ted was amazingly helpful with all my needs. he gave superb recommendations for local attractions. he even booked restaurants for me. i also enjoyed the best massage of my life! the pool area is beautiful, and the entire place just feels amazing.
The wifi could be better. Sometimes, it was a bit slow.
