The location is GREAT! It's just a short walk to the shopping mall. The room was spacious. It had simple decor and a REALLY comfortable bed. The room felt silent.
The pillow cover had some blood stains on it, so it tainted the overall cleanliness of the room. The staff was quite cold and indifferent. I had to ask everything by myself. The sink had dings.

the hotel is near a large shopping center i appreciated this. staff were helpful the price was good. the room included easy access by public transport which i used.
the shower did not have a door.

the staff was helpful and accommodating. the hotel's location is so convenient, with shops surrounding it and a mall just next door. there is also a restaurant and café on the ground floor, useful for quick meals.
