malfunctioning television limited staffing
the television did not function . i found this unacceptable considering the cost. the absence of readily available staff at departure was also inconvenient. i expect a staff member be available until at least 11 am for check-out assistance.

broken television early checkout
The room was clean upon arrival.
The television in the room did not work. I also felt pressured to leave earlier than expected since the housekeeper had to leave for a match (this felt unprofessional). Checkout time should be better defined.

The room had a fridge inside , stocked with water. The bathroom included many towels. Breakfast was available each morning .
