i found the staff very helpful they arranged tours and offered recommendations the beds were very comfortable and the room design was spacious and clean the breakfast was fabulous with a wide variety of options available it included both local and international dishes.

the ventilation in the bathroom could be improved the air felt stagnant.

I received a beautifully renovated apartment AS an upgrade upon arrival. Staff at reception were fantastic AND very helpful. Breakfast was decent, a wide variety of options available. The room was large AND very clean.

Keycards sometimes did NOT work. I had to reactivate them at the front desk.

the staff was very friendly (not like you'd expect from a city hotel). they even pre-arranged a taxi, so points for that.

i could also smell sewage from the bathroom. It was a choice between that or street noise since i had to open the window.

The cleanliness fell short. Dust was visible throughout the room, a concern. the toilet was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. This affected our overall impression.
