amazing zakynthos escape!

baby slippers lovely bathrobe small kids' club friendly staff

As a family of four, we stayed for several nights and found thoughtful touches for our little one, like baby slippers and a kid's bathrobe! the small kids' club kept our child entertained during a brief rainy spell. the friendly staff went out of their way to. I especially appreciated it. we definitely basked in the gorgeous sunshine this island has to offer!

I must admit, the pillows in the room weren't the best. A bit too firm for my liking, though i quickly got used to them.

Facilities

9/10

the hotel offers spacious pools ensuring spots are always available, and hats off to the crew maintaining cleanliness every night. a smart tv allows easy phone connection, an information desk supports island exploration, and the spa provides perfect relaxation with lovely staff.

Dining

10/10

I ordered delicious iced coffees straight from an app. It arrived within minutes while i got my breakfast ready. the breakfast buffet offers an excellent selection. Just order coffee through the app and it is brought promptly! everything tasted fresh.

Service

10/10

the staff are kind and attentive, going above and beyond to assist guests with anything needed! one team member came over with the device to set up screen mirroring from my iphone, it worked perfectly. the staff delivers five-star hospitality.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments

unaddressed hygiene noise problem

The hotel was clean. Its location is near many bars and restaurants.

The hotel seemed to lack a defined procedure for informing guests. It took days to resolve a bathroom issue, so certain aspects of hygiene were not properly addressed. Our room was near a car park and a children's playground. Noise from both kept me from sleeping..

some issues need addressing

small pool areas slow breakfast refills

The pool areas were small. The space between sun loungers felt cramped. i also noticed many guests reserving sunbeds early, then disappearing for hours. this selfishness meant others couldn't enjoy the sun. the breakfast was good, though it closed promptly at 10:30 am and refills were slow. coffee had to be ordered via an app, not great if you don't have your phone with you, i found this frustrating.
