I received a room upgrade to the Presidential Suite. The room size was generous, with ample space for luggage and relaxation. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. The front desk staff provided friendly service , especially with a late-night check-in.
The bathroom mirror setup made hair styling difficult. It lacked convenient outlets!

the room i got was not well-kept. i found mold in the bathroom and rusty furniture. the cleaning lady was also rude when we were preparing to leave.

The location was indeed perfect, close to the city's heart. Parking availability added convenience, a stress reliever. I found the staff kind and helpful. They readily offered assistance. The complimentary breakfast featured a decent spread of choices.
The room design looked somewhat dated. The aesthetics could benefit from an update. The furniture showed wear and tear, suggesting it is time for refurbishment. Overall the issues were cosmetic. They did not affect the room functionality.

the staff was friendly. there was parking in front of the hotel at twenty ron per day. i found a large variety of food for breakfast! the rooms were clean.
