Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!
convenient location beautiful view delicious wine
The hotel's location near the train station was very convenient. The pool area has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. I really liked the outside restaurant that was located in the palm trees! They make their own wine on site, and I recommend it.
I wished there were coffee machines with supplies in the rooms. I like to have coffee in the morning! It's a small thing, but it would have been nice.

The room was clean and tidy. It had comfy beds and excellent air-con. I had a balcony, and it had a fantastic view over the town and lake. The wifi worked perfectly too. That was important to me.

The pool was just the right temperature. There is also a separate but nearby children's play area. The hotel has lovely shaded gardens all around. We loved the pool. but the breakfast terrace was amazing!

amazing breakfast clean swimming pool convenient location
The breakfast was amazing!!! i also liked the beautiful swimming pool. It was really clean. the staff was attentive and kind, so that was lovely. i also enjoyed the convenience. The train station is a short walk away.
i noticed there wasn't an iron in the room.

the hotel is near the train station, so transport links are easily accessible. the walk to the town center is a bit of a hike, but manageable. this positioning combines convenience with a peaceful setting.

the rooms were clean and well kept with nice furnishing. i was in a superior twin room and enjoyed the space. the balcony provided lake views and added to the experience.

The breakfast room is spacious and light. The Gardens create a relaxed setting. The staff helped ME when i needed it.

good breakfast choice spacious room train tracks lot of noise
The breakfast had a good choice in a spacious room. It was airy and light.
My room faced the train tracks and i heard a lot of noise. It was difficult to relax. i also felt surprised by the cost of drinks before i saw the menu, and a few aperol spritz ended up costing 80 chf.

adequate stay with notable drawbacks
slow drain insufficient cooling
I found a couple of issues that need addressing. the bathroom drain was slow, inconvenient. also, the air conditioning unit in my room struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature, despite attempts to adjust it. this made for an uncomfortably warm night. The cooling was not sufficient.
