the staff was super kind. i appreciated the gentleman who welcomed us upon arrival, he were very warm. breakfast was lovely, it had plenty of options. the view of the city from the 5th floor made it even better.
the room was smaller than i preferred. some basic items was missing, such as a chair. the walls was poorly insulated, so i easily heard doors slamming.

The staff were friendly and helpful always. Breakfast offered tasty food and good choices. My room was very clean and tidy daily. I appreciate the hotel's proximity to popular attractions. The location saved time.

The room's cleanliness was a significant issue. It felt quite dusty upon arrival. The breakfast selection was also disappointing. It lacked variety and did not include local pastries one would expect. I had to ask for the shower to be repaired, because it was damaged.

the breakfast options were insufficient, specifically the quality was poor. the pastries tasted stale, and the fruit selection was limited to bruised apples. furthermore, the coffee machine was out of order , causing delays.
