direct access friendly staff free shuttle
The room offered direct pool access right from the terrace. The staff was friendly and provided good service. The free shuttle to the old town was punctual and convenient (it helped me save on transportation costs).
The restaurant closed relatively early at 8:30 pm.

lovely hotel with awesome access pool
clean room huge offer kind staff private access
the room was very clean. the breakfast offer was HUGE and delicious. the staff IS very kind and helpful. we really enjoyed the private access to the pool. i got a welcome drink on arrival and staff took our luggage to our room.

the complimentary shuttle buses were convenient , providing easy access to nearby areas. breakfast had good variety. the pool was directly accessible from my room.
the hotel's location is somewhat remote , requiring transportation to reach many attractions.

lack of privacy terrible service
the rooms had direct access to the pool, this was a plus.
The lack of privacy on the terrace bothered me, i could hear and smell the neighbors smoking marijuana. dining room service was terrible. Waiters were slow. it took over an hour for a plate of noodles, and it was not what i ordered.
