excellent room with bar
friendly staffspacious roombar noise
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and super clean. i found the pints went down well in the bar. the locals were friendly and cute.
the noise from the downstairs bar completely disrupted my rest. it went on past midnight. i could barely even hear the tv in the room.

the hotel includes a communal kitchen. it is well-equipped for preparing your own food. plenty of free parking spaces are available. spaces are mainly on the street.

the location is perfect for a night's rest. it is a thirty minute drive from the ferry to rosslare. a supermarket is also very close. a takeaway is near the premises.

there is no food available at the hotel, but a great kitchen exists. guests can cook or get a takeaway. a nice restaurant for breakfast sits 400 metres away.

the manager james, welcomed and presented the rooms. he ensured we had everything we needed. he gave us advice on where to eat. the owner chatted about the bar.

the room was very clean. i found the bed very comfortable. i appreciated the convenience of the tea and coffee facilities provided. parking right outside was also very helpful for quick access.
the noise from the bar downstairs was noticeable late into the night, a minor distraction though.

friendly stafflate night noisepoor soundproofing
the staff seemed friendly.
The noise was terrible. It came from the pub below. music blasted until 1 am. then loud talking continued. i barely slept.
