The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. I enjoyed a great continental breakfast with many choices. I also found the location very convenient for exploring the surrounding area (I liked the nearby shops).
The shower temperature was somewhat inconsistent. It fluctuated a bit.

A Good Stay!

The bedroom was very clean and included a fridge and a microwave. The bed was comfortable. I believe it was memory foam. I chose the full English breakfast for an additional £5. It was the best I have had in years.
The shower temperature varied wildly. This was fine one minute, then scalding hot the next.

scalding watersmall room
the shower was a challenge. water temperatures shifted suddenly, from fine to scalding hot. i told the owner, but he didn't seem too concerned, he said that at least it wasn't cold. the 'comfort triple room shower' was also quite small, and getting up to it seemed like climbing a mountain.
