i felt welcome right away. the location was superb. the staff were friendly, and the room was clean, the traditional swiss breakfast and dinner was also tasty, i appreciate that

the staff made sure i had alternatives at every meal, i have dietary restrictions. they are polite and helpful, they accommodated my late check-in and offered to keep my dinner if my train was delayed.

i enjoyed the dinners , they were quite good. the location was excellent (right in the heart!), providing easy access to the lifts and local bars. the staff were also friendly and cute.
