clean bedroom friendly staff delicious food
the bedroom and ensuite were very clean. staff were helpful and friendly. the outdoor seating area was spacious. food was delicious. i enjoyed the generous portions.
i wish coffee was available later in the evening.

really good dining and perfect rooms
sunday special generously sized rooms
the sunday special was a good surprise. the chef thoughtfully prepared two excellent sunday lunches for us. this was especially welcome because we arrived late due to a long journey. the warm welcome and generously sized rooms added to the pleasant experience.
during my visit, the absence of jalapeno crisps was noticeable. the cheesy leek availability seemed inconsistent from month to month. i hope this issue is addressed to ensure a consistently satisfying experience for all guests.

early order high service fee
The accommodation was modern and bright.
I found that last orders were called unreasonably early at 10:45 PM, i was refused coffee. This occurred after spending a significant amount of money and BEING charged a 10% service fee on the bill. It left me feeling disappointed to see staff enjoying drinks after refusing our order.
