historic stay with polite staff
large room quiet atmosphere polite staff
my room was large and quiet. the building itself had lovely features. staff all seemed very polite and helpful. i found the location convenient with an easy walk into the central area and a cheap tram ride back from the colosseum.
i noticed there could be an extra chair in the room. it would added to the comfort after a long day of exploring.

the hotel adjoins a beautiful church with relics next door. a roof terrace offers views of the city. luggage storage is available .

staff members were helpful and available 24 hours a day. the reception personnel are really kind. i see that they accept credit cards at the front desk.

helpful staff ample room limited selection weak wifi
I was grateful for the helpful staff. they assisted with directions and provided local information. i also appreciated the room size, ample for my needs. It featured a comfortable bed and a functional desk.
The breakfast selection was quite limited. there were not many options for different dietary needs. the wifi signal was weak in my room. It made working remotely challenging, i must say.
