awesome family stay!
extensive selection splash pool spacious room
the breakfast selection was extensive , so many choices! the kids loved the splash pool , it kept them entertained for hours. the room was spacious , a real plus for our family , and the staff were really attentive.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
dusty room cracked baby cot
The room seemed dusty and not thoroughly cleaned. I am not sure they clean it at all. We requested a baby cot, and were given an old one that was cracked. The food during the halfboard buffet resembled banana leaf cuisines, which did not suit my taste.

breakfast variety great staff lovely pool stained carpet blocked toilet stained floor
I found the breakfast varieties great, lots of options. the pool was lovely! my kids enjoyed it a lot. i thought the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. They were also great during breakfast.
The room carpet had stains, and it looked filthy. the toilet in the twin room was badly blocked. My parents had trouble flushing it. the bathroom floor had stains. It was quite disgusting to look at.
