soggy mattressfaulty lockersystem
the mattress felt soggy, i found no good quality. the room door never fully locked with the lockersystem that was installed. external customers used the pool, sometimes hotel guests found no available beds around the pool.

the breakfast buffet had a wide spread, i enjoyed it. upper floors of the cafe provided beautiful sea views. i liked that the resort was very close to devil's tears.
the service was basic, i wasn't expecting much. there WAS a problem with ants in the room, even in the bed. the outdoor shower was a hose and did not work well, it was disappointing.

i stayed in a hut with fine views, AND the pool was great. the food at the restaurant was also good with lots of options, i also got my washing done and booked a tour. devil's tears was next door, it was amazing.

the staff provided efficient service by organizing transport including drivers and ferries, this ensured smooth TRANSITIONS. laundry service was available on site, convenient for longer stays.

mixed feelings about this stay
convenient shopobstructed viewslow service
the location was pretty good, especially because it was near a shop where i could buy drinks and snacks.
I was quite disappointed with the room i booked. I had reserved a beautiful ocean view room, but a tree and a building blocked most of the view (i wasn't able to see much ocean at all). when i brought this up, the staff didn't seem to care at all. the service at the bar and restaurant was slow, and one time, my drinks sat on the bar for ten minutes before they were brought to me (they weren't cold anymore by then).
