The breakfast offered various options, including a self-serve buffet and hot dishes from a menu. the coffee machine in the room was a bonus. It made accessing my third-floor room easy. the location was central with quick access to the city center and it was quiet at night.
the room was quite warm. i had to turn off the heating and open the window.

My room was very clean! it included rituals products like bath gel, shampoo, and fragrances. the room design was sophisticated. Attention to detail was visible throughout the room. the bed and pillows were comfortable.

the staff was friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any request. the front desk staff helped store my bags, as i arrived before check-in time. the breakfast hostess was very attentive! the staff communicated professionally.

The room was clean and spacious (I appreciated the extra space). Breakfast was nice, with a good variety of options.
The street outside was quite noisy. The minibar wasn't working properly. It didn't keep drinks very cold.

the location proved convenient for accessing various parts of the city.
The room i occupied lacked adequate sound insulation. Noise from adjacent rooms and hallway traffic disrupted sleep. i also found the bathroom fixtures to be poorly maintained. The showerhead leaked, and water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly. such maintenance issues detracted from the overall quality expected at this price point.

cold roomground floor
the room felt cold upon arrival the window was on the ground floor. it had a cold draft leading to an outside bar. the staff never called to fix the air conditioning after i asked
