The room was spacious, clean, and modern. the view of the lake was amazing!!! everyone was friendly and professional. It was a perfect stay. the breakfasts are delicious. The buffet had lots of choice.

the public parking is close, but can be hard to find a space.

The room had a distinct chemical smell, something I found rather unpleasant. I asked to switch rooms, but apparently, all room assignments happen in the morning and my request was denied. the arrangement with the local beach club was poorly communicated. I ended up paying an extra fee for towels.

the location was excellent. my room had a cute balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. the ferry port was very close making it easy to visit other towns (i took full advantage of this!).

i loved that this hotel offered complimentary water restocked every day and tea and coffee facilities directly in the room that was a welcome surprise after long days exploring the lake. the breakfast buffet was wonderful with a diverse selection of items i started my day with enthusiasm every morning. the location was amazing right on the lake and close to the boat ticket office it made exploring super easy. the staff were helpful and friendly assisting me with all my needs.
