i found the location really convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main shopping street. the receptionist was helpful. i appreciated that checkout wasn't until noon. i could leave my luggage easily. the bed and pillows were comfortable, and there was good hot water.

The bath towels had a slightly strange smell. I think it was maybe due to the local water.

i greatly appreciated the staff's friendliness and their helpful attitude. i received clear directions and they arranged a cheaper airport transfer than uber. the hotel's proximity to cafes, shops, and the main street made it very convenient. the location near the train station was also a major plus.

the lack of tea or coffee facilities in the room was a minor disappointment. i expected these amenities, which would have enhanced my mornings. also, i think that the room cleaning could have been more thorough.
