The kettle in my room leaked. the tv was small with poor reception. the shower temperature was erratic. I only got extremes.

Free parking outside the hotel was VERY convenient. Nick was very cute and friendly. He explained about our room, where our breakfast would be served. Breakfast was fantastic. It set me up for the day!
Check-in seemed a bit complicated. The curtain rods were loose. The shower had to be manually switched off from the main switch outside the bathroom.

The breakfast offered many choices and was cooked to order each morning. I really liked the seaside decor with many ornaments and small signs. The bus stops located near the hotel made it easy to get around. I could see the sea from my room.
The television in my room was quite small and the reception was poor.

The room had ample space and the cleanliness was commendable! Plenty of tea and coffee supplies were available. The room temperature was comfortable because the radiator was effective.

The hotel is very close to the beach and the promenade. This location also provides convenient access to the town centre. Bus stops are just moments from the front door on the seafront.

Breakfast was presented well and very tasty. It offered plenty of choice. A cooked breakfast was available, prepared fresh to order by the owner each morning. It suited my needs.

The host, Nick, was very cute and friendly. He explained about our room and the breakfast procedure. The complimentary tea and coffee tray was well stocked, which I found very thoughtful. I also appreciated the comprehensive information pack (it was indeed one of the best I've seen). The breakfast room was clean, light, and cheerful. The variety of different sized teapots was a lovely detail. The freshly cooked breakfast set me up perfectly for the day.
I found it hard to find parking. The listing mentioned parking but it was just street parking. The owner was somewhat rude about it (he had an explanation for everything). The food quality wasn't the best. The tomatoes seemed to be from a can.
