Acceptable stay
clean room friendly owner acceptable breakfast steep stair mobility problem closed bar
I found the breakfast acceptable. The room was clean. I also thought the owners were very cute.
The stairs to my room were steep. I think this would be difficult if someone had mobility problems. The listing mentioned a bar ,but it has been closed.

dated decor poor water pressure
the room i got wasn't exactly cutting edge in design.. it seemed a bit stuck in the past. also, the shower was surprisingly compact and the water pressure left much to be desired. i wondered if sneaking into another room for a shower could solve the issue, but alas, i heard it was all the same. the breakfast size impressed me, but i think the bacon quality could improve..

a charming find near the seafront
on-site parking friendly owners varied breakfast
i found the breakfast offered plenty of options, including cooked items and a fruit bowl. parking on-site was definitely a plus, and i secured a spot easily. the owners were cute and always ready to assist with any questions i had.
my room had a small issue, the tv remote seemed to need new batteries.

Underwhelming stay. Mattress issues.
broken springs mattress issues
The location proved convenient. The beach was within walking distance.
It was like the springs were broken, resulting in a significant dip on one side. I expected better support from a hotel of this supposed caliber. It really impacted my sleep.

an okay stay, some issues with the room
uncomfortable mattress broken springs
the location was near the beach and town center and it was easy to get around.
the mattress was really uncomfortable, i think it needs replacing. one side had a big dip, probably from broken springs. i didn't sleep well because of that mattress

varied options friendly host clean room
The breakfast options were varied. The breakfast quality was AMAZING!!! Nick was friendly. He was happy to help. The room was clean. It was also very comfortable.
The parking is limited to three vehicles, and street parking can be difficult.
