Excellent service and convenient location
helpful staff visa invitation letter easy access
The staff was REALLY helpful, especially Julie, and gave great advice. Leo assisted with the Visa invitation letter, essential for my trip. I found the location convenient because of its easy subway access. It made exploring the city simple.
The breakfast started at 7:30 AM, sometimes too late for early tours. It was difficult to grab food before heading out for the day. The breakfast time needs adjustment.

The hotel offers complimentary water bottles , a nice touch for travelers needing hydration. There is also a charming little lobby that includes a seating area for breakfast and relaxation. This area enhances the overall cute atmosphere of the hotel.

early check in cigarette smoke
the early check in promised on the website was a lie i planned my day around that. i arrived expecting to shower and charge my phone i had to wait hours. the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke it was gross. the breakfast was two cold dumplings a few grapes and some lettuce nothing was toasted.

the staff was very helpful. they assisted me with directions and transportation. the room was well kept (i had a superior queen room). i appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby.
the room i was initially assigned to had a slight odor. the breakfast selection was somewhat limited (i would have liked more variety).

free tea and water was available. the location is near a subway station that is a couple of minutes away. the bed was comfortable.
The room i was in had some noise. I could hear other hotel guests easily.
