the location IS great. It's easy to walk to key tourist spots like Temple Street night market. Plenty of shops are nearby and the staff are always friendly and helpful

i was disappointed with the mattress on the bed, it was unbearably firm. This meant i could barely sleep during my entire stay in a Study room. The bathroom sink was clogged and had an AWFUL smell of sewage, maintenance had to fix it

Check-in was smooth, and the staff ensured I got one large bed. The concierge helped me plan my travel and get a taxi to the airport. The telephone operator was friendly. Housekeeping provided extra towels and toiletries.. I liked dining at the Food Hall since it offered many options at a good price.

They do not exchange money for some foreign currencies.
