I appreciated the helpful and friendly reception STAFF. The hotel is near a Metro station. Numerous restaurants and grocery stores are a short walk away. I felt secure with the police station opposite the building.

My room lacked air conditioning! The absence made the room uncomfortable. I suggest this be addressed for better guest comfort.

my room was smaller than i expected. there was no air conditioning and the room felt hot. i didn't like that i had to leave the key in reception.
