Location

Elephant Valley Lodge is situated on the outskirts of Kasane, overlooking the Lesoma Valley in the Chobe District. This location is recognized for having the largest concentration of African elephants on the planet. The lodge also serves as a gateway for day trips to the Victoria Falls in Zambia or Zimbabwe.

Accommodation

The lodge offers 20 spacious accommodation tents, including 12 forest tents and 8 valley tents, all equipped with en-suite shower, toilet, and basin. Guests can find eight tents with views over the valley towards the waterhole and twelve tents surrounded by lush forest lawns. One designated family tent includes an additional bedroom furnished with twin beds and a spacious bathroom.

Dining

Elephant Valley Lodge provides freshly prepared meals served with scenic views overlooking the waterhole. Guests experience a variety of dining locations, including the popular outdoor dining deck and traditional outdoor 'Boma' for evening meals. Breakfast timing adjusts based on morning activities, while lunch features a buffet of salad dishes and meats.

Activities

Open vehicle safaris allow guests to explore Chobe National Park and get close to iconic wildlife such as elephants, lions, and leopards. Boat safaris along the Chobe River offer sightings of hippos and diverse riverine birds. Day trips to Victoria Falls are also available for those seeking additional experiences.

Pools and Relaxation

Two swimming pools provide options for guests to relax, one an elegant rim-flow pool overlooking the valley, and the other situated under shady mahogany trees. Sun loungers surrounding the pools offer inviting spots for guests to unwind. The lodge's tranquil environment allows for peaceful moments to enjoy the natural sounds of the African bush.
