loud buzzingunresponsive staff

The in-room fridge didn't cool at all. there were no irons in the rooms. I asked for one several times! a loud buzzing sound, maybe from the ac, went on all day and night. i emailed reception and mentioned it in person. They acted like they didn't know anything, which i doubt. nobody followed up, and it kept me up. I had to take benedryl to sleep.

The room was bright. It overlooked the street. The lobby was bright. The breakfast room was also bright. It had an outside area.

The room did not include robes. The room also did not include slippers. Guests must refill their own water bottles at a water fountain across an open courtyard. This water fountain is on the ground floor.

i found this hotel an excellent base for my trip. the location allowed easy access to tourist sites, and it was away from the busy areas. the staff were professional and helpful. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

I observed a minor issue. The bathroom felt somewhat small.

the location was quite convenient. i could easily walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. the main shopping street was also close, just a 5-minute walk away. the staff were helpful. they always gave me good advice.

the room was not cleaned well enough. i found an old coffee cup on the balcony. there was also carpet in the room. the trash can in the bathroom was broken. it bothered me.

The hotel staff gave us ideas for local restaurants. It was nice. The hotel is very clean, and it is centrally located, so you can walk everywhere. (This was awesome!)

The rooms are tiny. There is not much room to get ready. There is one mirror to share in the bathroom, not great. (This was really not convenient.)
