the staff were polite. the rooftop dining area had a fine view over the bay. the hotel and gardens were beautifully maintained. the pool area was also very relaxing!!!
the breakfast could have had more hot options. i also thought the gardens were a bit overgrown. they were quite jungle-like in places. the area is full of stairs.

the pool had lots of seating in a peaceful setting.
i wasn't happy because my room wasn't cleaned well before i checked in. this oversight was annoying to see.

We had a REALLY great time at this hotel. The pool area reminded me of a peaceful retreat. It was shady and relaxing! Our room was clean with a great view. The housekeeping team did a great job throughout our stay. I enjoyed the company of the local cats and Kiki, the dog.

i liked that the sun loungers were ready each morning. each one had a rolled up clean towel. the rooftop restaurant remains one of my favorite places to eat. the chef's commitment to fresh food was excellent, and the service was great.

the staff proved friendly and helpful. the hotel grounds feature lush greenery and beautiful flowers. our room offered two sinks and a rainfall shower. i enjoyed the grounds.
the breakfast options were not excellent. the only hot item was eggs and the choices felt limited. the room felt very dark even with the lights on. the neighborhood outside was not visually appealing. the lighting was subpar
