The hotel's location was very convenient. It made it easy to explore nearby attractions. I also found the breakfast to be good quality. There was a nice variety of options available each morning.
I did notice that the room was quite small. It was a bit cramped with luggage. The air conditioning in my room did not seem to work very well. The room was warmer than I would have liked.

The air conditioning barely worked. it was uncomfortably warm. I got little sleep. portable fans were unavailable, and staff just told me to email them later about it. the room did not look like the website photos. It was pretty disappointing

amazing stay near arc de triomphe!

the front desk staff was very helpful, especially the middle eastern gentleman with a beard.. he checked us in early. later, a tall african american staff member helped me find a quiet space for a business call, which i really appreciated. the included breakfast had varied fresh options. alex helped us book a psg stadium tour, going above and beyond to assist us.
the shower drained slowly, turning the shower into a bath, but i did not report it. i am confident maintenance would have addressed it.
