the room was very clean , and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the receptionists were kind , and they helped me with anything i needed. there are many public transport options just five minutes from the hotel , and this made getting around so easy. i also appreciated the proximity to the tram station!

the double room included comfortable beds and fresh linens , and the air conditioning kept the space cool. it also featured a modern bathroom with essential toiletries and a powerful shower , which i really valued after a long day.

The reception staff, azzat and mehmet, were helpful. They answered many questions without any frustration. The housekeepers were friendly and thorough with cleaning and restocking. The owner selected excellent hotel staff. They all perform admirably.
The breakfast had few options. The quality was not amazing. It did not represent authentic turkish cuisine, or any kind of food particularly well.
