cramped and disappointing, some issues found.

The room felt really cramped. There was hardly any space to move around. getting to the bathroom meant taking only a couple of steps from the bed. that felt quite ridiculous! also, the front desk staff didn't seem well-trained or very hospitable, disappointing.

The room was very clean. The complimentary tea in the room with a kettle was a nice touch. The shower products were also quite good.
The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. I am lacto vegetarian and the chefs declined to make something for me. The only available options were fruit, hash browns and oats. (I found this disappointing).

The hotel was clean. The staff members were very kind. They were always willing to help when needed. The view from my room was awesome!!! I found the hotel to be quiet, even though it was busy. I could not hear anything from other rooms. Breakfast had good choices and good prices.
My room was a bit smaller than I expected from the pictures. I noticed limited amenities, not many things for a 4-star hotel.
