warm welcomereally good serviceamazing grounds
the staff provided a very warm welcome. the super food and really good service impressed me! i enjoyed a relaxing walk in the amazing grounds. it was a very relaxing escape from it all.
The room i booked didn't match what i received. The room was very dated.

my room included a double bed with fresh linens. it also had a garden view. the breakfast was included and had a varied selection, i especially enjoyed the ulster fry. staff were friendly and always available.
the television in my room seemed a little outdated.

Quiet Retreat with Mountain Views

The gardens were maintained well. Car parking was ample. The location offered beautiful views of the Mourne mountains. Staff members were attentive. The food was excellent. One male staff member seemed to be doing everything. He was an excellent 'people person'. He made sure that nothing was a bother to guests. The hotel is a good base to plan hikes. It is only 2 miles from the resort.

the house grounds displayed amazing upkeep. the food i had was very tasty and offered a good selection. the staff were efficient and friendly, a true asset.
the electric fires installed looked cheap. they ruined the character of the place. the polystyrene roof tiles on the dining room ceiling looked cheap too. the whole hotel seemed dated and could use an update.

breakfast was so good, i ate it super fast! service was really efficient and friendly, total win! my bed reminded me of a cloud, and the mountain views were amazeballs. i even grabbed three jars of marmalade because it tasted like sunshine.
the bathroom had basic facilities. i think the hotel could focus on upgrading this.

the staff were very cute and helpful during breakfast.
The beautiful room reminded me of a step back in time. It had an outdated pink bath and toilet. lino floor covering. corroded taps seemed unhygienic, and the clear bathroom window overlooked the car park.
