The location proved very convenient, especially with its proximity to a metro station. i also found the staff helpful and kind . The room offered ample space, which i appreciated after a long day of exploring.
The shower needed attention. I noticed the shower tray seemed worn, losing its original color. it could benefit from refurbishment.

sterile room decorover fried churros
The room décor felt oddly sterile. It was not the end of the world, but the effect was akin to being in a hospital room-very uninviting! The breakfast was average at best. The over fried churros and cold overdone eggs were not particularly excellent. It's like they weren't even trying, honestly.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. my room was clean (daily cleaning service!) and comfortable. the breakfast selection had a great variety, with the orange juice really standing out. the hotel's location offered easy access to the metro and nearby attractions.
I found the ac to be a bit inconsistent . It wasn't as effective as i would have liked.
