great hotel near everything

The breakfast on the top floor was really tasty. i booked a junior suite so i had ample space for my stay. the staff were friendly. I found them really helpful and chatty.
I experienced very little sleep due to where my room was located. when i went to the front desk at 3:30 am, i was told that the noise was normal! unfortunately, no compensation was offered.

I selected a junior suite that gave me extra room when friends visited. the rooms were clean. The decor also gave an old-world charm. the bed provided was very comfortable for sleeping.

the hotel offers easy access with plenty to do around the area. the hotel location was great! the hotel is also handy for the hospital, so everything is very close.

I appreciated the breakfast buffet, and it offered many good choices. The lounge had a variety of meal options. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I also appreciated the underground parking. It made arrival easy.
The wait time for check-in was a bit long.

The housekeeping was good. The reception staff was very helpful (they provided good directions).
I experienced noise issues. Rooms lack carpets. I could hear noise from above and also from the adjacent buildings' air conditioning system. The air conditioning seemed inoperative.
