the underground parking was super convenient and free (since it was fringe-season!). the gym had a great setup, even better than the photos showed. I spotted three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area was awesome, surprisingly quiet. it had about twenty loungers. i especially enjoyed the delicious food served right at the pool bar.

i have to say, the only minor inconvenience was the lack of tea making facilities in the room (i missed my morning tea!).

The cleaning staff really put in work. My room was super clean.

the food situation was not good. the half board menu was cheap, but even then i was disappointed. the location is on a busy road, which isn't that peaceful or charming.

I found a couple of things disappointing. the shower head was dirty , and some communal areas needed more attention. also , i noticed the pool didn't seem to be cleaned regularly . There was visible dirt.
