mixed feelings about this stay
loud scraping poor soundproofing
I found some aspects less than satisfactory. the noise levels were quite disruptive. I could clearly hear staff moving furniture late at night. this scraping continued early in the morning as kegs were moved, difficult to rest. it seems guest comfort is not a priority.

clean room central location friendly staff
the double room private bathroom was very clean. location was central, so i could walk to shops and restaurants easily. the staff were friendly.
the hotel had no elevator so carrying my luggage upstairs was difficult.

lovely stay in a superb location!
bright windows luggage rack comfy bed friendly staff
The renovated room included bright windows and luggage racks. the bed was comfy. I slept well. there was an on-site restaurant. The food was nice. the staff was friendly, and they gave me a warm welcome and asked about my plans.
It was a bit noisy due to people outside. The building could use some upgrades.

Acceptable but Noisy Stay
late night noise early morning kegs
The noise was significant. Staff moved furniture late at night and early in the morning. The scraping and rolling sounds were disruptive. It is difficult to relax when kegs are rolled around at such hours. The management needs to address this issue to ensure guest comfort.
