Acceptable stay but some issues

dim bathroombroken extractor
The bathroom had only one working light. Three were out, quite dim. The extractor fan wasn't functional either! It made the small space stuffy. The bed was pushed against the wall. It was difficult for one person to get in and out.

cosy and quiet stay

room designfresh milkbroken light
the room was well designed, and everything i needed was provided. fresh milk was even available for my morning tea!
the bathroom only had one of four lights working.
Dining
9/10
The breakfast offered a good selection of items, mostly continental style. Everything was fresh and well-presented. juice and biscuits were a nice touch and i greatly appreciate this gesture.
Location
10/10
The area was very quiet! access codes were texted to me in advance. parking right outside on the road was no trouble at all. there was a heavy front security gate. That's something I value.

the bathroom situation was less than stellar. only one of the four lights decided to show up for work and the extractor fan was on strike too. it reminded me of showering in a dimly lit, stuffy box. not exactly the spa experience i was hoping for!!!
