The lobby included complimentary coffee and comfortable common areas. I appreciated the gear shop. It had camp supplies I may have forgotten. The hallways were a bit stark. the overall experience was great!
I missed coffee and tea in the room.

The beds were quite comfortable, and I liked the storage space. Showers were large with easy-to-use bath products. The toilet roll holder was clever and quirky, I did enjoy it.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area. They gave great eating and hiking recommendations. The front office has a cool adventurous vibe and I found the staff to be very helpful. great.

The hotel is close to hikes and national parks! I appreciated that. This location made it a great home base. I found it quite convenient. It made my stay better

The hotel had a big common room with lounge options and games. The outdoor space included a fireplace, it felt lovely. The pool was nice and well maintained. It was very relaxing there

Coffee is available in the morning. The coffee shop at reception also sells coffee until 8 pm. I found the coffee good. I did miss having coffee in my room though, still I enjoyed the coffee.

The room size impressed me it felt quite spacious. I noticed practical amenities such as shampoo conditioner and a fridge. The bike wash station was very useful after rides.
The hotel lacked a microwave in the room.
