The dinner buffet was a HUGE disappointment. The food quality was inconsistent, and many dishes were barely warm, despite supposedly being kept heated. I think the restaurants in the center offer better food for a better price. The overall experience did not meet expectations considering the cost.

accessible locationchaotic check-inquestionable sanitization

the location was quite good and accessible.

the check-in was a mess, and it took a long time (about 30 minutes) to get my room key. the staff seemed overwhelmed, running back and forth between the desk and the key counter. sanitization at the buffet was also questionable, as i saw guests eating with their hands and using communal utensils improperly.

The resort offered several pools and convenient beach access. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were attentive. I especially liked the ocean view from my room (it was amazing).

The wait for the elevator was sometimes long.
