The hotel is connected directly to a large shopping center. I found this feature convenient (a lifesaver, really!). The pool and hot tub were open until late each night. The room offered a beautiful view of the fountain in front of the building.
The hotel's signage for parking requires some improvement.

the gym was well maintained, it had the equipment i needed. housekeeping staff was also friendly in the hallways. the location was very convenient for shopping. the mall had a lot of options.
the hotel did not offer valet service, the car park was far. there was no one to assist with the luggage when i arrived at the hotel. i booked a king room with a city view, but the view was of a building.

The attached mall access was definitely a plus. i appreciated the starbucks conveniently located in the lobby. the room was very quiet. I got a great night's sleep (i actually slept longer than usual!). the front desk staff was also quite helpful. They answered my questions quickly.

the room featured comfortable bedding and was very clean, which i appreciated. the washroom was well stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, a nice touch. the room temperature was easily adjustable with an effective thermostat.

the fitted sheet and the comforter both had stains, quite upsetting. the bed was surprisingly uncomfortable. i really hoped for a better experience, but the stained linens and discomfort were hard to ignore.

The size of the hotel was good. It offers easy access to restaurants, shops, and cafes. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated that it was connected to a mall, so I could easily shop for a few items and get a quick dinner. It made things very convenient. The location helped a lot. It allows a traveller to get to restaurants and shops easily.
The cleanliness in the bathroom was not at an acceptable level.
