Check-in was super quick! The staff offered water and granted early access to my room. I found the hotel beautiful and classy. It felt different from other places I've stayed. I really loved the concert venue too. My room had a fine strip view! I could also see the Sphere. The room's design promoted relaxation. I will recommend the monop potato at Papi Steak to everyone.

The location for Uber pickups was a bit inconvenient

The hotel is beautiful but the service fell short! room service took forever to answer, over 40 minutes. then, it was another hour and a quarter for them to actually deliver. tavern service was so slow. We canceled our order and left! it has a long way to go to match other hotels. the service is not good, slow service

the location provided a different vibe than other properties right on the strip, which i found acceptable.

The gym closed too early (at 7 pm), so i missed my workout. additionally, getting to the hotel from the airport was troublesome due to heavy traffic. I even experienced carsickness on the cab ride. i also had issues with the valet parking, chaotic and expensive at $40 per day.

i found the hotel to be very clean and well-kept. the decor was beautiful everywhere i looked, even down to the attention to detail. the staff were friendly and looked great, i appreciated that! it's hard opening a brand new hotel, i hope this one will succeed.

The pool drinks were overpriced. I paid $45 for a single drink.

i found the staff at the front desk and in the hallway to be very friendly, it was a nice touch. the check-in and check-out processes were convenient, which i appreciated. bell desk stored my luggage until my flight after i checked out.

the hotel's condition in general is excellent. the style is modern, which i enjoyed. comfortable slippers are provided. the modern environment was really to my taste! the hotel includes multiple restaurants, a casino and a big pool.

the hotel is located north, which provides a slightly less intense atmosphere. the sphere was visible from the hotel! the restaurants are excellent, including papis steak and la fontaine, it was very convenient. the hotel reminded me of a mini city, really.
