I found the staff quite helpful. the hotel offers a free shuttle every 20 minutes to and from the airport. It's a short drive. the hotel is near restaurants and bars. the free beach shuttle was useful for first-time travellers.

The water pressure in the shower was weak. It made rinsing hair difficult.

breakfast had a nice variety! the breakfast buffet included great omelettes. there are multiple restaurants located across the street from the hotel, giving guests additional dining options that are easily accessible.

the staff showed excellent attitude and provided assistance with everything. the employees were great. the airport pickup worked well and was very close, though, more training might be needed for clarity about shuttle location.

my room was clean and spacious. it had a large window and a good bathroom. shampoo was available in the bathroom, and i found nice towels. the air conditioning worked well ensuring a very comfortable environment.
